We are sorry we cannot currently accept registrations at the reception desk, this is due to the large number of patients registered at all Practices in Kirkcaldy. Please contact Practitioner Services in Edinburgh – 0845 300 1216 – who will allocate you with a Practice in Kirkcaldy. Or you can download from the link below an assignment form and instructions, this should then be returned to Practitioner Services in Edinburgh.
